AEROPAK Q4 2025 and Full Year Summary

On January 16, 2026, AEROPAK held its Q4 2025 and Full Year Summary meeting.


The meeting began with reports from various business support departments, including Finance, Human Resources, Brand Promotion, Shipping, and Purchasing.


The Finance Department announced a 50% year-on-year increase in annual performance bonuses, reflecting significant business growth and a corresponding increase in commissions this year—a very positive development. Marketing expenses decreased by 135% year-on-year, primarily due to the effective optimization of marketing program spending and, based on past experience, a reduction in participation in some overseas trade shows.

It's important to note that this decrease is relative; in fact, AEROPAK participated in quite a few exhibitions in 2025, including: Thailand International Auto Parts & Accessories Exhibition 2025 (TAPA 2025), the 137th Canton Fair (China Import and Export Fair), Guangzhou International Auto Parts & Aftermarket Exhibition, Guangdong Quality Products Exhibition, the 138th Canton Fair (China Import and Export Fair), the 2025 AAPEX Exhibition, and the Shanghai International Auto Parts & Aftermarket Exhibition (Automechanika SHANGHAI).


The Human Resources Department pointed out that due to AEROPAK's training and assessment system, the sales staff retention rate is not high, but the company always adheres to the principle of prioritizing quality over quantity. In 2026, while continuing large-scale recruitment of sales personnel, the company also plans to expand its logistics, brand promotion, and warehousing departments this year.


The Brand Promotion Department reported further growth in its data metrics on Alibaba, social media, and independent websites, and completed several long-term design projects lasting over a year. The department actively utilizes artificial intelligence to assist in its work, striving to improve efficiency. Furthermore, AEROPAK will launch a brand new brand in 2026 – stay tuned! In the future, the Brand Promotion Department will focus on new brands and new markets to further enhance brand influence, working towards the vision of "becoming a globally renowned top aerosol brand."

The Shipping Department reported record highs in both shipment volume and order volume. With the continued growth in business performance, the department's workload has also increased. Therefore, the company plans to expand the Shipping Department in 2026 to better support the sales department's work.


The Purchasing Department detailed its optimized internal division of labor. In addition to order follow-up, the Purchasing Department has invested significant effort in developing new suppliers. Furthermore, submitting certifications such as SDS, SVHC, RoHS, and various chemical composition testing reports remains a top priority. This work will continue until 2026, with another focus being ensuring on-time order delivery and maintaining consistent product quality.


Subsequently, each sales department presented its performance report. The First, Second, and Third Sales Divisions each reported their fourth-quarter performance, including year-over-year and quarter-over-quarter growth, as well as their 2025 annual performance figures and future target breakdowns, including market segmentation and target achievement strategies. All divisions showed a positive sign: an increased proportion of new clients. Each division also outlined its staffing plans. The First Sales Division stated that its next major focus is visiting overseas clients. The Second Sales Division's plan focuses on identifying industry barriers and striving to become a leading brand in immature markets. The Third Sales Division emphasized improving service quality and closely following up with key clients. We expect all teams to achieve excellent results in 2026.

At the close of the meeting, CEO Eric discussed AEROPAK's future development, including exhibition plans, marketing strategies, talent development plans, brand planning (stay tuned for the upcoming new brand launch), and plans to visit overseas clients. These points will not be elaborated on in this article, as AEROPAK will demonstrate its commitment through concrete actions in 2026.


Furthermore, currently planned exhibitions and client visits are scheduled in countries and regions including: Germany, the United States, Bangladesh, South America, Australia, and the Middle East.
