AEROPAK Insulating Varnish Conformal coating for PCB Red Spray coating PCB Aerosol is designed to protect electronics and circuitry against moisture, dust and corrosion. It is ideal for automotive electronics, circuit boards, aviation instrumentation, soft PCB's, Industrial PLC main-boards, and industrial control electronics. The product has good stability to acid, alkali, salt and other chemicals and has excellent insulation leakage performance and humidity.

AEROPAK Insulating Varnish Conformal coating for PCB Red Spray coating PCB Aerosol is a red liquid mix of epoxy resin and elastic polymers and has strong adhesion, small stress and provides an additional layer of insulation to home appliances and controllers. It’s dry film produces no free-radicals and will not corrode components, it is heat resistant up to 130 ℃, after which it will soften but will not fall off with no long harm to the insulation film.

Applications:

1. Clean the surface of any dirt, water, oil, grease, etc., and dry before spraying.

2. Cover and protect PCB and test points (Sockets, switches) from overspray.

3. Shake the can well before use, keep the can 15-30cm from the surface to spray.

4. Pay attention to the thickness of the layer, don't spray too thick in one place.

5. To repair covered components, remove the coating with a heat gun for general areas or old soldering iron for smaller areas. After repair, clean the area with a brush, and dry it, before respraying the coating to replace the protection layer.

CLEAN UP:

Clean any over spray with mineral turps or general purpose thinners. For better long term storage, turn can upside down and spray until no paint is coming out.
