AEROPAK Tub & Tile Ceramic Spray Refinishing Paint Repair Bathtub Coating is a tough terpolymer formula. For scratch & chemical resistant refinishes bath tubs, wash basins, laundry tubs, porcelain and metal surfaces with gleaning new colour.

AEROPAK Tub & Tile Ceramic Spray Refinishing Paint Repair Bathtub Coating is easy to use, has good coverage, scratch resistance, high gloss, impact during, weather resistance, high heat resistance and is electrical insulated and water proof. After 3 hours (or when dry) the paint film will be 3H hardness, and after 72 hours will reach 8H hardness. It is NOT suggested to use on soft materials.

Applications:

PREPARATION

Avoid application during rainy or wet weather conditions. Ensure that the surface to be treated is thoroughly cleaned, dried, and free from loose debris, mold, grease, oil, wax, dirt, and moisture. Mask surrounding areas to protect against overspray. Make sure AEROPAK Tub & Tile Ceramic Spray Refinishing Paint Repair Bathtub Coating is at room temperature before use. For optimal results, lightly sand the surface. Do not apply in temperatures below 10 degrees Celsius. ALWAYS use in a well-ventilated area.

CAUTIONS

1. Ensure that the surface is thoroughly cleaned, dried, and completely free from any oil, debris, mold, grease, wax, dirt, moisture or other contaminants.

2. Mask off surrounding areas to provide protection against overspray. Fill any holes or cracks with plastic filler and carefully sand them down.

3. Conduct a test in an inconspicuous small area to check for any adverse reactions between the paint and the material. Wait approximately 5 minutes to observe the results.

4. Vigorously shake the can for at least 30 seconds using an up-and-down as well as left-to-right motion while whisking it.

5. Hold the can upright and spray evenly over the surface from a distance of 20-30 cm. Apply 2-3 coats with a minimum drying time of 15 minutes between each coat.

6. After use, turn the can upside down and spray briefly to clear out any remaining paint in order to prevent clogging of the nozzle.

Packaging & Shipping

All our products are packed in cartons, with options of 12 pieces, 24 pieces or 48 pieces per carton. Each can is separated by a crosswise card to avoid scratches. In case of Less than Container Load (LCL) shipments, the goods will be palletised and wrapped with plastic film to ensure their safety during transportation, guaranteeing that you receive the exact quantity you ordered without any losses. For Full Container Load (FCL) shipments, we exclusively use Dangerous Goods (DG) cargo containers (UN1950, IMO 2). Additionally, a net will be installed at the back of the container to prevent the goods from falling and endangering workers on the ground.
